  • What if my order shows shipped but the package is not moving?
    1. At times there is a delay in the carrier’s tracking for updates. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update. If you still do not see any movement, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to assist. 650-560-HAWK or help@partshawk.com
  • What if the tracking number is not working after 24 hours?
    1. Depending on the size of your item, it could be shipped with a truck carrier and will require you to be present at time of delivery. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will provide additional details. 650-560-HAWK or help@partshawk.com
  • Do I have to be there to sign for my package?
    1. If your order is over $250 there is a possibility it was shipped with a signature required option. The easiest way to check is to click on the tracking number above and open on the carrier’s website. There is no additional cost to you for this service.
  • What if I am not available when the carrier tries to deliver?
    1. If there is no response when the package arrives, the driver may leave the package nearest to the street or make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. Please check your tracking info as it will let you know the next steps for delivery attempt.
  • I have special delivery instructions (i.e. Leave by back door, leave with neighbor, place in the planter on the left of my garage, etc.)
    1. We recommend leaving a note for the carrier on the door nearest to the street as we do not have a way to communicate those requests for you.
  • What if the part that I am looking for is not available on your website?
    1. Call us or email us directly and we will do our best to source the product for you.
  • What if I loved my part so much I want to order another one?

  • How do I track an International Package?
    1. If you purchased from our eBay store, the tracking provided is to the US shipping facility only. eBay will notify you for the International portion of your shipment.
    • Do you have a retail store?
      1. We do not currently have a retail location but we do offer crazy fast FREE shipping so you don’t have to leave your home.
  • Can I pickup my part/order from your warehouse?
    1. Sorry, we do not offer the pickup in warehouse option as our warehouses do not have public access.
  • How can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
    1. If you purchased from our eBay store, please use the following instructions.
      1. Click on the “My eBay” menu on the top right
      2. Find your order in your purchase history
      3. If you paid using PayPal click “View PayPal transaction,” If you paid using a credit card click on “View order details” and a new page will open up
      4. Click on “printer friendly page” right above the shipping address
      5. Your eBay invoice will appear and you can print or save it from your browser
